Contraindications & Safety Acknowledgment for Revelation Breathwork Practice
Who Should NOT Practice Breathwork:
Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with:
🚨 Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, history of heart attack)
🚨 Severe respiratory conditions (e.g., COPD, untreated asthma)
🚨 Glaucoma or retinal detachment
🚨 Aneurysms (personal history)
🚨 Recent surgeries, fractures, or significant physical injuries
🚨 Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, psychosis, or those on psychotropic medications)
🚨 Seizure disorders
🚨 Pregnancy – Pregnant women should NOT practice breathwork due to the intensity of the breathing technique.
